Името произлиза от легендарната магьосница Кирке (Κίρκη\, произнася се [kírkɛː]) от „Одисеята“ на Омир. За да създадат своeto характерно звучене\, групата съчетава риф-ориентиран метъл и хеви рок\, вдъхновени от групи като Mastodon\, Opeth\, Tool и Kvelertak\, с гръцка и анатолийска народна музика. През 2021 г. те издават самостоятелно своя дебютен албум\, озаглавен „Κτηνωδία“\, който получава отлични отзиви от критиката\, което води до подписване на договор с Venerate Industries Record Label\, които преиздават албума същата година. Албумът получи оценка 9/10 от списание Metal Hammer GR\, беше представен като „Tip of the Month“ в списание Rock-Hard DE и в момента заема 50-то място в класацията „Top 100 Stoner Metal Albums of All-Time“ на metalstorm.net.  През 2024 г. те издават втория си албум\, озаглавен „Κυκεώνας“\, в който групата доразвива звука и продукцията си\, добавяйки по-мощни тонове\, запомнящи се припеви и смела инструментация. To create their distinctive sound\, the band combines riff-oriented metal and heavy rock\, inspired by bands such as Mastodon\, Opeth\, Tool and Kvelertak\, with Greek and Anatolian folk music. In 2021\, they independently released their debut album\, entitled “Κτηνωδία”\, which received excellent reviews from critics\, leading to signing a contract with Venerate Industries Record Label\, who re-released the album the same year. The album received a 9/10 rating from Metal Hammer GR magazine\, was featured as a “Tip of the Month” in Rock-Hard DE magazine\, and is currently ranked 50th on metalstorm.net’s “Top 100 Stoner Metal Albums of All-Time”. In 2024\, they released their second album\, titled “Κυκεώνας”\, in which the band further developed their sound and production\, adding more powerful tones\, catchy choruses\, and bold instrumentation.
